AEE - Adaptive Employee Experience

  1. Locate the 'Time and Attendance' tile or menu item
  2. Select Time Off
  3. In the right hand corner click
  4. Choose the appropriate Time Off from the Policy Drop Down
  5. Select the 'From' date and the 'To' date
    1. If the 'From' and 'To' dates span across already scheduled days off you can unselect the day of the week by click on the specific day (pink means selected, white means unselected)  
  6. Enter Start Time (optional)
  7. Enter Hours per day
  8. Enter a comment in the notes section (optional)
  9. Click Submit

 

 


 

 

 

Classic View

  1. Navigate to Employee Self Service -> Time -> Time Card or Employee Self Service -> Time -> Employee Calendar
  2. Click   in the upper left hand corner of the page you selected from above
  3. Choose the appropriate Time Off from the Absence Policy drop down.
  4. Select the 'From' date and the 'To' date
    1. If the 'From' and 'To' dates span across already scheduled days off you can unselect the day of the week by click on the specific day.
  5. Enter Start Time (optional)
  6. Enter Hours per day
  7. Enter a comment in the Comments section (optional)
  8. Click Save (to submit)
